Step 1
Please download AVS Audio Converter then install into your computer by running the AVSAudioConverter.exe file then follow next installation instructions.
Step 2
Please Add audio tracks which you want to convert.
There are 3 Options to load files into the program.
- Choose Add File menu to load one or some audio tracks from your computer into the program. Press the arrow below the Add File button and select Add Folder to add the audio files from a folder to the program or select the Add Files Preserving Folder Structure option to load the audio files from a folder with some subfolders and preserve its structure
- Choose Add from CD to grab your personally recorded audio CD inserted in your disc drive and load the grabbed audio tracks for conversion
- Choose Import from Video to import the audio track(s) of a video file into the program.

After you choose files, the AVS Audio Converter window will show like this picture below

Step 3
Select output audio format
Please choose output audio formats you want by clicking the corresponding button like this picture below.

Step 4
Configure output format parameters
Now you can choose one of the default conversion profiles in the drop-down list of the Profile menu. Profile is a pre-made parameter configuration designed to serve a particular purpose (for example, to create a file of a certain quality or a file for playback on a particular device). We suggest you to use default profiles for your first project.

You also can adjust output format settings as you need. All audio format parameters are available for you to edit in Profile menu. To make a custom value, you can choose in the drop-down list like this picture below.

Step 5
Modify/ Enhance Audio Tags (Optional)
You can modify audio tags by switching to the Audio Tag Editor tab, then click Tag Info button to see the audio tags for editing.

Fill in the tag fields (all fields are optional). Press Apply to save tags to some audio files selected in the conversion list. Press the arrow under the Apply button and select Apply to All to save the information you entered in the checked audio tag fields to all audio files loaded into the program. Both Apply and Apply to All save audio tags to the converted files. Press Save to Source to save audio tags to original audio file. If you want to save the modified information in the checked tag fields to all original files, press the arrow next to the Save to Source button and select the Save to All Source Files option.
Step 6
Edit Audio Tracks (Optional)
You can edit audio tracks by switching to the Editor tab, click the audio file you want to edit. It will show in the right area.

Step 7
Choose Output Directory
Now you can select the area of your computer to save your output files. Click the Browse Button to do it.

Step 8
Conversion – Finally
You only click Convert Now! button and wait the process. The process will be different each project depending on the output format, computer capabilities and number of files you convert.
